Leaders Romans Group has announced the acquisition of another independent agency, this time in the East Midlands.
It’s snapped up Hill & Clark, a five-branch lettings and sales agency based in Lincolnshire.
The independent had offices in Lincolnshire, Boston, Spalding, Holbeach, and Bourne, and a virtual office in Skegness.
All of Hill and Clark’s 33 employees will transfer over to LRG but business owner Paul Clark, who set it up in 2000, will be exiting the firm.
LRG’s mergers and acquisitions director Matt Light says: “Hill & Clark is a well-run company with a strong local brand and we’re looking forward to working with the team there as they join the LRG family.”
This is the second acquisition of the year for LRG, following the acquisition of EuroLet last month, a single office lettings business in Bishop’s Stortford.
