Deposit alternative firm flatfair has linked with a PropTech firm to enhance its offer to Build To Rent users.
The partnership with Spike will see flatfair assist with the on-boarding process of new residents at BTR schemes using the Apo app.
Spike’s reservations and lettings software handles a tenant’s journey all the way from reservation through to move-in; the company’s residents’ portal then manages functions such as concierge services, social clubs and forums.
The partnership will also enable Apo tenants to sign up for flatfair’s prodtcs.
Franz Doerr, flatfair’s chief executive, says: “Both flatfair and Spike share the common goal - to streamline the rental experience for everyone, making it fairer and more transparent for all parties. Working together, we hope to set a new benchmark for tenants in the Build To Rent sector, ensuring the onboarding process is as simple, straightforward and efficient as possible.”
