Independent agents invited to sessions with mentors and experts

Propertymark says its Inspire programme is continuing to help agents via its small group network - and it’s taking bookings for new groups now.

The Inspire initiative is open to Propertymark members who are agency principals, partners and directors in independent firms.

Propertymark says the programme aims to help agents facing day to day challenges such as reduced stock, increased supplier costs, compliance, and new business models.

“[This] was developed for members in response to the competing pressures on our sector. Agency owners and managers make choices that affect their business day in day out, their leadership determines staff performance and choosing incompatible or ineffective tech can drain resource dramatically” explains Nathan Emerson, interim chief executive.

“Propertymark Inspire provides the opportunity to gain greater control over the business, freeing participants up to have more perspective, allowing them to experience new techniques, hear from sector leading experts and test and benchmark options for every aspect of the business alongside non-competing peers.

Participants meet regularly in small groups with agendas providing what the organisation calls “front-end tangible contributions to each member’s company” as well as one-to-one tailored mentoring with an experienced industry consultant, plus group sessions to pre-plan for industry and legislative changes.
