The well known former managing director of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents, David Cox, is today attempting to explain what the government’s latest thinking is about the private rental sector.
Cox left ARLA last summer in controversial circumstances, so-far unexplained by ARLA Propertymark, and is now the legal and compliance director of Rightmove.
Today he joins Fixflo managing director Rajeev Nayyar for an in-depth webinar debate about the government’s policies.
“In just a matter of months, the government has announced waves of short and long term policies affecting the private rented sector; what’s coming next for agents and landlords?” asks Fixflo.
