A new rentals platform claims to have signed up 150 London agencies prior to launch this spring.
Findingaplace says it has signed up independents as well as chains Winkworth, Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward and Benham & Reeves.
“With over 150 agents now signed up across the capital we’re delighted to be gaining such strong momentum ahead of our launch” explains Mike Savva, the founder.
“We are proud to show agents a refreshingly different way to obtain pre-qualified applicants without the need for a portal at all, especially given advertising on property portals has become increasingly expensive."
A survey by the platform found 75 per cent of agents frustrated with existing portals, including the costs of advertising, the time required to upload listings and the unsuitability of many leads.
Findingaplace says it connects agents to pre-qualified tenants.
All agents that join the platform are offered a free no-obligation trial of the service ahead of its formal launch.
