Wildheart managing director Simon Halls says: “We are always looking for new ways to enhance the rental experience for our tenants and have been looking closely at the developing marketplace for deposit alternatives for some time."

And flatfair chief executive Franz Doerr adds: “Despite the challenges of the pandemic, 2021 has already proved to be a pivotal year for flatfair as we embark on a range of new partnerships with genuine leaders in Britain’s property sector. We strongly believe that our technology solution offers a safer, more streamlined approach than the numerous insurance products that have entered the deposit replacement sector and we are pleased that Wildheart has recognised that.”
