PropTech property compliance firm CheckDocs says it’s bagged Hamptons as its latest agency - with over 90 branches and a substantial lettings portfolio.
Hamptons joins another Connells-owned brand - Countrywide - plus the Leaders Romans Group in using CheckDocs.
Hamptons compliance manager Sandra Donovan says: “Managing compliance across a large portfolio is incredibly tough. The CheckDocs team, with extensive proptech experience and a deep understanding of the changing needs of the lettings market, was the clear choice to partner with Hamptons.”
And Vik Tara of CheckDocs adds: “It’s clear that the only way for large lettings agents to handle the ever- increasing compliance burden is for them to work smarter, helped by technology.
