TODAY'S OTHER NEWS

Snap! Can YOU improve on this agency favourite photo?

Does this photo drive you mad? Do you see it everywhere (including on Letting Agent Today stories)?

Who are these people and why haven’t they found anywhere to live after ten years of looking? If they were supposed to be first-time buyers, then they’re probably about ready to downsize by now!

Richard Rawlings, the well-known estate agency trainer and content writer, has shared his frustration over this photograph with LAT, as he struggles to find fresh relevant images for the blogs he writes for his estate agency clients.

So he’s launching a competition appealing to agents to rise to the challenge of creating some new images for our industry.

“I’m inviting agents to take some creative, interesting and relevant home-moving images to knock this couple off their perch, with some great prizes for the top three entries – as long as the subject is clearly related to estate agency or moving home.

“For example, it could be a branch celebrating a success, a family worried about their sale, a (competitor’s) overgrown for sale board, a happy client thanking you, or even simply a picture of yourself or a colleague doing estate agency stuff, on the phone and so on.”

Richard has kindly offered prizes for the three agents who submit the best photos. They will receive one of the following prizes:

First Prize - A 26-week supply of relevant and exclusive estate agency content material for your website/blogs/social media etc – plus six branded Market Comment Videos;

Second Prize - A suite of Richard’s Client Persuasion Videos to help you convert more appraisals;

Third Prize - His latest pack of over 100 Agency Template Letters (procedural, prospecting, canvassing and more).

Simply post your original images HERE by September 30 and prize-winners will be announced/contacted on October 11 2021.

Get snapping and good luck!
