12 new revenue streams are yours – if you ask the right question

Todays other news

A webinar being held tomorrow promises to demonstrate how letting agents who ask the right single question to their landlord clients could end up with 12 new revenue streams.

The event is showcasing leading industry trainer Stephen Brown who will tell letting agents about new ways to grow their businesses this year, including how they can create new opportunities and drive more revenue from their existing customers.

The CPD-certified webinar, being hosted by PropTech supplier Goodlord, takes place at 9.30am tomorrow, Thursday January 20.

Brown will demonstrate how simply asking landlords the right questions can yield results, including how one question could lead to 12 new revenue streams. He will also discuss the sales ‘talk tracks’ that can help letting agents find new landlords, as well as ways that lettings and sales teams can work together to grow their portfolio.

Letting agents will also have the opportunity to have their questions answered by Brown during a live Q&A session.

Brown will be drawing on more than 25 years of experience in the property industry. The founding member and mentor at Agents Together and former director of the award-winning London agency Greene & Co now runs a consultancy that helps agencies improve their profitability.

He says in advance of the webinar: “The new year often brings with it a renewed focus on growth. It’s important that letting agents looking to grow their businesses maximise the opportunities that already exist within their current customer base. I’m excited to show agents how they can kick start their growth this year by simply asking their current landlords the right questions.”
