Rightmove is hosting a new webinar this week for agents, focused on navigating the current rental market.

Taking place tomorrow the webinar will be presented by trainer Josh Phegan alongside Spencer Lawrence, the lettings directorat Paramount, recently named Best Overall Lettings Agent at the 2022 Best Estate Agent Guide Awards.

The webinar is focused on supporting agents in getting more out of their existing lettings portfolio and increasing revenue in a low stock lettings market.

Phegan and Lawrence will address moving more landlords to being fully managed, redefining services and workflows, and meeting the needs of landlords in the future.

The latest data from Rightmove shows that homes are finding tenants in just 17 days, more than a week quicker than this time last year.
