Agency snaps up another independent’s lettings portfolio

Dawsons Property has acquired the rental portfolio of Liberty Properties in Swansea.

“We shall be looking to hold both landlord and tenant events in coming weeks, to continue with the fantastically positive response we have received to date and the rapport we have already begun to build … We know how important continuity is to both landlords and tenants alike, and agent/client rapport, so meeting in person where possible, makes for a great start to our long-term working relationships” says Ricky Purdy, director of residential lettings at Dawsons.

The Liberty Properties Swansea branch has now closed; the Dawsons’ Swansea Lettings staff have formed a transition team to handle the acquisition.

The deal with Liberty follows Dawsons’ acquisitions of the rental portfolios of We Will Homes and Marina & SA1 Properties in recent years.
