PropTech supplier Agent OS is running a survey of letting agents about the vexed subject of specialist client accounts.

AgentOS says it’s seeing more and more agents complaining that they are losing their specialist client accounts – a particularly hot topic on social media. 

The survey’s introduction is: “We are collecting information from the industry about the ongoing issues with banks redesignating or closing letting agents client accounts.

“Whether you have been affected or not we would like to hear from you. Please complete this survey as candidly as you can.  

“The more information we get the better understanding we can get of this crisis hitting our industry. We can send you a copy of the white paper report that is created from the findings of this survey.”
