Belvoir, the franchise giant, has launched an official podcast and the first episode includes an in-depth interview with chief executive Dorian Gonsalves.

“I am personally a huge fan of podcasts, which are incredibly popular due to their accessibility, and the fact that they can be listened to at any time – perfect for when you are driving or haven’t time to read an article or book. Producing a Belvoir podcast has been something our marketing team has been planning for a long time.”

The production is undertaken with LandlordZone and will involve regular episodes targeting all players in the rentals sector.

Gonsalves says: “This first episode takes an in-depth look at the rental market, and provide lots of hints, tips and helpful advice which will be particularly useful for DIY landlords. I also outline some of my predictions for the how I think the market may operate during 2022 and beyond.”

The initiative by Belvoir – which has 467 offices across six brands, and boasts almost 72,000 properties under management – follows a similar exercise by franchise firm Winkworth.
