The lettings and management platform teclet, owned by OnTheMarket, is now available to agents and property managers in Scotland.

The product offer the same level of automation, productivity and compliance enjoyed by its users in England and Wales; however, the Scottish version addresses the significantly different legislative framework north of the border.

The platform facilitates the registrations required in Scotland by agents and landlords including Rent Pressure Zone functionality and the Scottish Deposit Schemes.

The platform handles all pre and post-tenancy requirements including referencing with both individual and multiple tenant capability, the compliant production and issuing of all tenancy agreement and associated documents, including open ended contracts and change of sharers, document management and compliance monitoring, full automation of receipts and payments and has full property maintenance integration with Fixflo.

Alan Blockley, chief executive of teclet, says: “Our unique platform can automate up to 80 per cent of tasks and facilitates the generation of additional revenue, reduces costs and increases productivity, all with the reassurance of 100 per cent compliance.

“Its unique customer interface sees over 46 per cent of pre and post-tenancy interactions with landlords and tenants taking place outside of normal business hours meaning huge productivity gains for all involved.”
