London-based lettings payment platform Yorlet has launched a new PropTech partnership with Canopy, TDS and Alan Boswell.

The platform offers automated workflows, intuitive user interfaces and a range of payment options.

Its suite of products aims to create tenancies, digitise rent collection, remit funds, and onboard landlords.

Yorlet Referencing – launching with Canopy – is a new referencing platform with agents able to access a comprehensive reference for £5, while a “plug-and-play” workflow is also available.

Yorlet has also released its deep integration with the TDS insured scheme, allowing agents to directly connect accounts and automatically register deposits.

And the link-up with the Alan Boswell Group provides Yorlet clients with rent guarantee protection.

Earlier this year Yorlet secured £350,000 in seed funding as it bids to become a recognised provider of software and payments solutions to the rental market.

Founder Max Cartwright comments: “Yorlet brings together everything that’s required to successfully grow your agency online.

“Consolidating the typical five-plus fragmented and legacy systems that agencies operate on; pre-tenancy, referencing, payments, CRM and accounting.

“Working closely with a select group of expert agents we identified their favourite suppliers, largest pain points and most requested features, packaging it all into one giant, free update.

“We’re excited to continue with this momentum where we’ll be helping our customers grow revenue with a white-labelled landlord onboarding journey accompanied by a portal.”
