Rightmove’s latest webinar tomorrow will focus on the revenue generation opportunities that exist at every stage of the process of letting and managing a property.

The portal’s experts will be joined by Miles & Barr’s director of lettings Simon Thompson;

Miles & Barr is one of East Kent’s leading independent property groups, with a lettings portfolio of 2,500 managed properties and four dedicated lettings offices.

During the webinar, Thompson will be going explaining four key points:

– What you should charge for when finding your landlord a tenant;

– Key questions to ask to unlock opportunities once a landlord is on your books;

– How to maximise and share opportunities between your sales and lettings teams;

– Ways to move more landlords to your managed service, on longer term contracts.

You can register and get more details about the webinar here.
