A key figure at Propertymark has joined popular lettings agency supplier The Lettings Partnership as commercial director.

Sarah Davies’ role at Propertymark was to develop commercial partnerships and create a portfolio of training which includes seminars, conferences and training days; prior to that she spent many years leading successful fundraising projects, and built a company providing adventure kits to promote outside, creative and fun play for children.

The Letting Partnership says it’s experiencing a period of significant growth with increased demand for its outsourced client accounting services.

As commercial director Davies says she wants to grow brand awareness and develop commercial strategies to accelerate growth whilst retaining the quality of service.

“I’m very excited to be joining the wonderful team at The Letting Partnership at such a crucial time. During the last year the growth of the company has been exceptional and I am looking forward to maximising opportunities and continuing to work with business contacts and friends within the industry that I have met over the last seven years” she says.

Letting Partnership chief executive Jenny Markham adds: “We are delighted that Sarah is now part of the TLP team and we are all looking forward to working with her. Sarah’s position as Commercial Director is central to our plans for growth and our continuing objective of raising standards in the lettings industry.”
