Hunters, now part of The Property Franchise Group, has signed a six year software deal with Zoopla’s Alto service.

This means that Hunters’ 200-plus branches across England and Wales will use Alto for tenant document sharing and new webinar-style training.

Roll-out of Alto has already started and will accelerate over the coming months to the entire Hunters network, and during the six year contract will also extend to new branches announced or acquired between now and 2028.

Hunters along with a large proportion of other TPFG branches already list lettings and sales properties on Zoopla, with TPFG’s other national High Street brand, Martin & Co, using the Jupix software.

Gareth Williams, the Hunters managing director, comments: “The most important consideration for us when choosing our software partner was to provide our customers, the franchisees, with a solution to automate ‘back office’ practices, allowing them to concentrate on generating new business.

“With an exciting innovation roadmap rolling out over the next year, we are confident that Alto is the best software provider to support our franchisees and further strengthen their ability to focus on growing their business.”

And Andy Marshall, chief commercial officer at Zoopla adds: “We’re extremely pleased that such an ambitious brand has chosen Alto as their software partner of choice and decided to invest in our vision and strategy for the future.

“We look forward to working closely together on features and functionality to ensure that Hunters is truly set up for success, both now and in the coming months and years.”
