Today’s proposed changes to the private rental sector are the most radical for a generation.
The first industry debate on this hot issue is taking place this afternoon at 2.30pm and Letting Agent Today readers are invited to come along.
The event is organised by Agent Rainmaker and will debate the big talking points in the government’s White Paper – the banning of section 21 eviction powers, the concept of ‘no end date’ on tenancies, pets in lets, and renters allowed to surrender their tenancies at will.
