Bootcamp to focus on adding fire and revenue to agents’ businesses

A bootcamp which claims to help agents add up to £1m revenue to their business is to return this summer.

The Agent Rainmaker training event will run from August 16 to 19 inclusive, focusing on business growth and helping agents explore what has been described as an ‘a la carte menu’ of ways to grow revenue and profit  – and, in the words of the organisers, “get their fire back.”

Agent Rainmaker founder Sally Lawson, a former ARLA President, says: “Agents are given the tools to analyse and break down their service offering, their business set-up, systems, their team, as well as the techniques and strategies to add revenue, various new income streams, and also how to reduce costs too.

“Put all this together with some motivation in the form of previous attendees sharing how they went on to add £100,000, £250,000 or even £1million – and this really gives the agents the confidence to take action!

“For us, it’s essential to share the detailed ‘how to’ behind the strategies so that they have zero barriers to business growth, adding revenue, and reducing costs afterwards.”

At a similar bootcamp in May, the 40 attendees from across the UK heard techniques and strategies to reduce business costs, cut agents’ workloads, restructure services based on their true value, add services and upselling.
