London agency snaps up another lettings independent

Todays other news

Samuel Estates, an agency based in south west London, has snapped up local independent Home Lets.

Established in 2004 the first Samuel Estates office was in Colliers Wood in 2006, since which time the company has grown both organically and by the acquisition of other independents. It now has some 20 staff and three offices, including in Balham and Streatham.

Home Lets is based at Thornton Heath, near Streatham.

Alizon Monk, one of the former Home Lets partners, says: It’s not every day that you meet estate agents whose passion and expertise are matched in equal measures. We instantly felt that Samuel Estates would be the perfect fit for our landlords.

“As an independent agent, it’s crucial that businesses have a strong customer- centric brand and we are confident that Samuel Estates will be the perfect partners-in- property for our client landlords.”
