Savills London has promoted Charlotte Whitmarsh to head of lettings in the Wimbledon office.

She steps into her new position with seven years’ experience in the industry and with detailed knowledge of south west London’s buoyant lettings market.

Whitmarsh started her career in property at Marsh & Parsons in south London before joining Savills in 2020, where she was tasked with working closely with the leadership team to grow the lettings offering across the Wimbledon area.

Of her appointment, head of the South West London Lettings region, Rory Wallace, says: “We are so pleased to see Charlotte take a step up in her career and take on the role as head of lettings in our successful Wimbledon office.

“Given her determination since joining the business and her influence in the offices’ success over the last three years  I am looking forward to seeing Charlotte take the office from strength to strength. The rental market in Wimbledon has been particularly strong over the past six months and I’m certain that she will continue to drive the business forward.”

Whitmarsh herself comments: “Having worked in south west London over the past seven years, I’m delighted to be heading up the lettings team in Wimbledon. I’m excited to get stuck into a new challenge and for this next chapter in my career.”
