Agency claims sales bonanza for Landlords Club members

A Landlords’ Club launched by a Solihull-based lettings agency under a year ago is now acting as a gateway for global investors into the West Midlands market.

Gabrielle Argue, head of lettings at DM & Co. Homes, is marketing the multi-million pound portfolio privately to members of the club which was launched last December to help grow the supply of rental properties across the West Midlands and Warwickshire.

It the first nine months some 400 landlords have signed up – not only from the West Midlands but also from the wider UK, Hong Kong, Dubai and Switzerland.

Argue says: “In our first nine months, we have handled hundreds of enquiries from all parts of the globe and been the channel for millions of pounds’ worth of transactions. It is incredible to see so many investors selling to like-minded people and recycling prime investment opportunities.”

DM & Co. Homes, which started in 2013, claims to be the most successful property consultancy in the Solihull, Knowle, Dorridge and surrounding areas. Last year it sold 367 homes in its patch, with an additional 387 units sold in the first half of 2022.
