An investment firm which has helped guide £100m into the UK buy to let market is to set up its second overseas office.

ERE Property is a Leeds-based property investment firm that was established in 2004 specialising in UK property. It started as a two-man band buthas now set up a sister company, ERE Lettings, and expanded into other major UK cities such as Manchester and Liverpool.

It has an office in Hong Kong as well and has this week announced that it is expanding into Dubai.

Chief executive Tim Morgan says: “Having achieved considerable success offering UK property investment opportunities to our clients in the UK and the Far East, 2022 feels like the ideal time to offer the same options to our ever-expanding client base in the United Arab Emirates. The fact that my wife and I have decided to move on a permanent basis to Dubai demonstrates our commitment to making this a success.

“Also having had over ten years’ experience sourcing overseas properties for our UK clients, we are excited to examine the options for investment in the UAE, so that they can expand and diversify their property portfolios further”.

The company says that in the past 95 per cent of its business came from repeat purchases and referrals, which has driven the business growth.

Since establishing a marketing team, ERE now generates 55 per cent of new business via online and offline marketing campaigns in addition to referrals and repeat purchases.
