Hats off to independent agency opening its third branch

An independent lettings agency is opening its third bricks-and-mortar branch, under two years after the launch of the business.

Hat and Home’s new office is in Bracknell and features the company’s signature bowler hat lights, exposed brick walls, living moss wall and framed Paul Young album.

The lettings side of the new branch will be led by Liz Gamlen who says: “The rental market is still starved of quality stock which makes it an ideal time for professional and first-time landlords to achieve excellent yields.

“Now is the time to review your existing portfolio to get the best possible rent the market is willing to pay”.

Hat and Home’s other branches are in the Berkshire towns of Wokingham and Crowthorne. Founder Ben Gee says: “Bracknell is a great fit for Hat and Home as it borders our two existing offices. The regeneration of Bracknell town centre over the past five years has supported the growth of housing stock in the town which attracts a wide demographic of home movers.”

The design brief for the new office was to create a welcoming environment which captured the imagination of the public, a healthy and positive workspace for the team and to reflect our brand values.

Director Luke Strzadala has been involved in estate agency in the local area for a decade and as a local resident knows exactly what Bracknell has to offer.

“Fantastic schools, plenty of green open spaces and a plethora of leisure facilities make Bracknell a superb place to live and work.  We are delighted to bring Hat and Home to the town to offer local homeowners a contemporary and dynamic approach to the sale or let of their property.”
