Fine & Country is preparing to start an eight-stop roadshow in which it will take a deep dive into local property data to help its agents optimise business.

Managing director Nicky Stevenson says: “In each region we will be updating the network on exciting new developments and services within the brand, as well as taking a deep dive into regional specific data and statistics to provide agents with in-depth insight into the regional market and the current behaviour of their target audience. Understanding the factors that influence the regional market and the people who live there is key to building a successful estate agent business and becoming the agent of choice within that region.”

Stevenson will be joined on tour by three industry experts who will share their knowledge and discuss tried and tested methods that will help agents to propel their business forward.

The first is a London F&C director, Ben Madden, who will be sharing tips which led to his becoming the network’s 2020 ‘Best Overall Operator’; he will share the physical and digital lead generation successes his team utilises to excel in their area.

An executive at LeadPro, Ben Whittington, will share insights into utilising lead management systems and will be discussing Facebook Advertising and using this to generate market appraisals.

Lastly, Ben Sellers, chief executive of Starberry – a provider of retail agency websites and lead generation technology – will focus on GoogleMyBusiness, digital marketing and optimizing websites.

Stevenson comments: “We are excited about meeting with the business owners and managers within the network to share best practises that will help them to gain further traction within their markets. Our regional meetings are a platform for us to engage with our licensees, as well as an opportunity for our network to come together and gain insight from industry experts.

“The insight, data and business practises presented at the regional meetings will further enable our agents to grow their businesses and will assist in positioning them as the premium agent of choose within the upper quartile of the market within their area.”
