Lettings platform Vouch and cloud-based software service Alto are teaming up for a webinar.

The aim is to offer agents a route to boost commission-based revenues and streamline their processes to reduce time spent on admin.

Vouch and Alto, which is part of Zoopla, recently announced their integration.

Hosted by Vouch’s Mike Delap and Tom Goodman, the webinar – which is free at 10am on 19th October- will also include Alto’s James Dolan, to discuss what their integration means for agents, how to streamline referencing systems by reducing the need for multiple platforms or duplicating data entry, and how the lettings sector can leverage software to boost commission and unlock new revenue.

Delap says: “Agents are operating in an incredibly fast-paced environment right now.

“There is huge demand from tenants, but massive pressure on available stock and an ongoing stream of new regulation and legislation being brought forward.

“That means that agents need to constantly assess how they can run their businesses as nimbly and efficiently as possible. We’re looking forward to getting under the hood what our integration with Alto means for the market, as well as discussing the new routes to revenues agents can look to unlock.”
