The well-known York agency Blenkin & Co has launched a prime lettings service to complement its long-established sales side.

The new service from Blenkin & Co focuses on high-value properties within Yorkshire and surrounding areas; the firm, led by managing director Ed Hartshorne, has appointed Jennifer Marsden as lettings manager.
