Propertymark pledges that an event being held next summer will be “colossal” – and will haver the likes of lettings agents and suppliers to the rental industry at its heart.

The event, called Propertymark One, is set to be the biggest agency conference next year and has been confirmed for June 27 at Wembley Arena – a location that can house some 1,500 agents.

So far Propertymark has released few details of the event, which it says it tag lined ‘Raise Your Game’. The body pledges multiple speakers at multiple locations within the arena.

Previously, Propertymark’s separate national events have pulled in over 1,200 delegates in total.

“June’s event is going to be mammoth. Our conferences have grown substantially, and as the only body uniquely representing all agency disciplines, we are chomping at the bit to bring them together in one massive event like this” says Propertymark chief executive Nathan Emerson.

The body says its regional conferences will double in number next year, with commercial property and auctions becoming regular elements of the gatherings.

Emerson continues: “Those who join Propertymark are undivided in their desire to do an exceptional job. Our diverse stream of membership celebrates distinctive practices and it’s incredibly exciting to bring all agents who have a drive to be the best version of themselves and a hunger to succeed together, under one roof.”
