Agency club helps buy to let investors expand portfolios

An independent agency in the Midlands has set up a club attracting investors from as far as Hong Kong, Dubai and Switzerland.

DM & Co Homes launched The Landlords’ Club in December and has some 170 individuals on its books.

Gabrielle Argue, lettings manager at the agency, says: “The Landlords’ Club is for anyone from a first time purchaser of a single buy to let to serial investors who want to grow their already established portfolio.

“And the offer is not just confined to properties on which DM & Co Homes is instructed; we scour the area for homes that we believe might provide the kind of rental yield that landlords are seeking.”

Every Wednesday, the agency emails a list of opportunities of potential lettings homes on the sales market.

“Our first three sales have already completed since we launched in December and there are many more in the pipeline. Membership of The Landlords’ Club not only gives investors access to the best rental opportunities, it also introduces them to our excellent lettings service, enabling them to rely on us to look after their assets” explains Argue.
