New office for big city lettings team celebrating 15 years

The central Birmingham branch of franchise giant Belvoir is celebrating its 15th anniversary by moving to a prestigious new city centre office.

“We have been located in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter for the past 15 years” says director Major Mahil.

“During this time the business has grown considerably, and we now have more landlords, more tenants and more staff than ever before. We outgrew our offices and have therefore relocated to new, larger premises in the heart of the city centre.

“Belvoir Birmingham Central is very much a family business, with my wife Bal a co-director, and my son Reiss working as a negotiator. There are numerous property management agencies in Birmingham, but Belvoir is probably now the only agency that is located right in the centre of the city, and we think that this really helps to set us apart from the competition. “
