CRM business platform Reapit has partnered with PropTech platform Notify to announce a software integration that claims to simplify utilities registration for letting agents.
Notify’s automated registration service is therefore now available on the Reapit AppMarket, enabling users to automatically register tenants’ utilities information.
It claims this initiative will reduce admin, saving time for agents, and earn them guaranteed commission for every completed registration.
“This partnership will mean a better experience for all involved” says Chris Dawson, chief executive of One Utility Bill, parent company of Notify.
“The automated registration reduces letting agents’ workload dramatically and enables agents to complete a crucial stage of the tenant move in journey from within Agency Cloud. After registration, our welcome team will get in touch with the tenants and get them up to speed on their utilities options, taking some of the stress out of life admin.”
Meanwhile Steve Canning, chief revenue officer of Reapit, adds: “The integration of their powerful automated registration service will simplify utilities registration for lettings agents using Reapit’s AgencyCloud CRM, and open new revenue streams to help them put growth on repeat.”
