PropTech supplier offers free and unlimited training on its platform

High profile PropTech supplier The Depositary is offering free and unlimited training for agents on its platform, beginning this week.

A message from well known agent and PropTech advocate Kristjan Byfield - the self-styled ‘mission commander’ at The Depositary - says: “Our agents will have the choice of how they wish to adopt this - they can choose to join either of the two pre-scheduled sessions each month or can look to schedule a bespoke session for their own staff, for which two simple terms will apply.

Its scheduled sessions this month are on this Thursday, February 10 at 2.30pm, and on Tuesday February 22 at 11.30am.

Thereafter its monthly scheduled sessions will be in the second and fourth weeks of each month and there will be a mid-morning and mid-afternoon session.

“Any of our agents wanting to schedule a session exclusively for their team our only two conditions will be that at least five team members attend a session and we can only do one session per quarter per client” says Byfield.

He continues: “Ensuring that our agents and their teams understand the full capability of our platform, its rich features and our partner integrations are vital in ensuring that they leverage the most possible from our platform and get the best results from it. Whether you are looking to return deposits faster, achieve a higher percentage of proposed charges or save that team member even more time - these sessions will help your team soar.”

Byfield says his platform will also soon announce monthly innovation sessions, aiming to give current and future users a look at the pipeline of new features.

“We always wanted to ensure our agents get incredible value from working with us and we are therefore delighted to strengthen our offering in this way- with more exciting announcements in the coming weeks ahead” he concludes.

Why would i pay to train in the platform 5hat i am already paying to use?

    Kristjan Byfield

It's commonplace to get free training at the onboarding stage of a product or service, however, it is equally common to have to pay for (people led) training thereafter as there is a real cost to deliver this. We are not the first company to offer free & unlimited training but are proud to be able to offer our agents this as we look to deliver the best possible value we can.

Amazing response and uptake to this with 10 of our users already registered for Thursday's session and several for the session on 22nd. Some new starters, some wanting a 'refresher' and others wanting to explore a particular part of our processes.
