Double Top! Two more acquisitions for agency with 4,000 rental units

A south of England agency has acquired a further two independents, taking the brands total number of acquisitions up to seven in the last two years. 

Alexander & Co has now snapped up Property Solutions in Buckingham and Zebra Properties in Dunstable. 

Property Solutions, a lettings only business, joined Alexander & Co at the end of last year with Zebra Properties - covering sales and lettings - joining earlier this year.

In 2019 Ella Homes came on board, an independent sales and lettings agent based in Buckingham and Winslow. In 2020 Alexander & Co expanded the group further, joining up with Gloucestershire based estate agents Peter Ball & Co. More agents became part of the Alexander & Co family in 2021, with Apple Homes in Buckingham and Macintyers of Brackley and Middleton Cheney increasing the group’s presence across the south of the country.

The two latest acquisitions take the company – along with partners Peter Ball & Co in Gloucestershire – to over 130 staff, with 4,000 properties under management.
