Two key lettings appointments by top agency

High end agency Knight Frank has made two key lettings appointments in recent weeks.

Oliver Hepplewhite, already an associate within the firm, has become head of lettings in the Southbank office.

He started his career at the firm in 2018 as a negotiator in the Battersea & Riverside office before he rose to associate last year.

In his new role he will be responsible for building brand awareness and market share, and he says: “This progressive step in my career is hugely exciting – I am very much looking forward to growing our presence in Southbank, furthering the teams’ success and building upon the strong brand reputation.”

Jon Reynolds - from the agency’s North and East London Lettings team - adds: “His extensive experience working across a range of new build stock serves him well for a local market that is fast developing and makes him perfectly placed to further develop our business in London SE1.”

Meanwhile Angharad Lonnon has become a partner in the agency as well as Head of Lettings for Esher, Cobham and Weybridge, based in the firm’s Esher office.

She’s been in the industry for over 21 years, starting her career in Esher, Cobham and Weybridge, latterly spending over five years at Savills as lettings regional director. Prior to this she worked at Countrywide.

She says: “I’m very excited to be joining Knight Frank, a brand I have always admired. I am also delighted to be back in Elmbridge to work with the successful lettings and sales offices and the expanding super-prime department.

Mel Constantinou, regional partner at Knight Frank, comments: “I am absolutely delighted to have Angharad on board as Head of Lettings in Elmbridge. With her extensive industry experience, she will be a great addition to not only the region but also to Knight Frank.”
