30-branch chain snaps up independent

High profile Welsh lettings agency Peter Alan has acquired West Quay Estates & Lettings as part of its long term strategy to increase market share and extend its geographical network.

West Quay Estates & Lettings is an established independent property business, founded fouryears ago, which focuses on the Barry area.

This acquisition will see West Quay Estates & Lettings staff retained and the business will begin to trade under the Peter Alan brand name.

This will bring the total number of offices in the Peter Alan network to 30, two of which will now be located within Barry, strengthening the agency’s position within the town.
