The long-standing head of an agency’s property management and lettings divisions is stepping up to become a partner in the company.

Andrew Love – along with colleague Melissa Petros – have become partners in the Birmingham agency Davidson Estates. Both will now have shareholding interests in the company and will become responsible for all staff, charged with ensuring that the firm’s targets, policies and processes are adhered to.

Love, who is in his seventh year at the company and runs the property management, lettings and sales departments, says: “This appointment is a great moment for me and reflects just how closely Davidson Estates operates as a team at the most senior levels.”

Petros – in her  11th year at Davidsons and currently the head valuer for the company – comments: “I am thrilled to have become a partner at Davidson Estates and am looking forward to continuing to contribute to the company’s success in 2023 and beyond.”

Davidson Estates focuses on properties in the city centre, Edgbaston, Harborne and other suburbs. Established in 2009, the firm made its name as a leading independent agent covering Edgbaston before spreading across the city.
