CJ Hole, part of The Property Franchise Group, has expanded with the acquisition of an independent firm in Bristol.

CJ Hole owner Chris Hill says the acquisition of Attwoods Sales and Letting Agents is the fourth in recent years.

“We are proud to be taking over such a reputable business, set up and ran by Lisa Attwood and daughter Shannon Attwood for over a decade”. He says, adding that his team will continue to service Attwoods’ clients under the CJ Hole brand.

Shannon Attwood is joining CJ Hole’s headcount as lettings manager at the Kingswood office.

Hill now has a portfolio of over 2,000 managed properties across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset, serviced by a network of nine offices along with newly established Land & New Homes department.
