Fund management chief to tell agents about market prospects

Fine & Country holds its international conference on March 10 and according to the agency it will be attended by representatives “from across the globe.”

Managing director Nicky Stevenson says: “Every year the annual Fine & Country conference draws an amazing number of UK and international delegates, who are eager to network and learn from their global counterparts and celebrate successes at the Awards event. Apart from sharing best practise and the latest developments within the brand, the conference provides an opportunity for delegates to engage with each other and gain knowledge.”

Guest speaker this year will be Keith Edwards, chief executive of discretionary fund management business Casterbridge, who will stock, as well as housing and land sectors, and consider the implications for high-net-worth individuals and what housing trends we are likely to see in the coming months.

According to Stevenson, there will also be several international speakers from the network talking about the property market, trends they are seeing in their country, and specifically sharing what makes them ‘outstanding’ in their marketplace.

Aside from the UK, delegates will have the opportunity to hear from agents operating in Australia, France, Germany, Hungary, Jersey, Mauritius, Namibia, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, and Zimbabwe.

Stevenson says that one of the final speakers will be estate agency coach, international speaker and managing director of Fine & Country Leamington Spa, Jonathan Handford.

Recognised as the Best Overall Operator for the brand in 2019, Handford has worked within the premium property for over 16 years and is well versed with both the brand and with what agents require to be a success within the upper quartile of the market. He will be discussing top tips for outstanding lead generation, outstanding presentation, and an outstanding fee.

There will also be an awards ceremony.
