OnTheMarket Software – part of the OnTheMarket Group – has launched what it claims is “an innovative new product providing website and associated solutions” for agents.

TecWeb joins OnTheMarket Software’s earlier suite of PropTech services.

A TecWeb website for an agency can stand alone or be used in conjunction with other integrated OnTheMarket Software products such as TecLet and TecCRM.

TecWeb says this enables enhanced automated lead generation and information to flow into these platforms, improving efficiency and effectiveness.

Features include high quality property presentation and polygon mapping, an instant valuation tool, a mortgage calculator, lead generation and applicant registration, viewing and valuation booking, reporting and performance statistics.

The majority of these tools are accessible via TecCRM for TecCRM users.

Page content can be provided by the agent, or by TecWeb’s copywriters. Copy can also be uploaded from existing websites.

TecWeb offers three options for size, content and functionality of site, paid for on a monthly subscription basis. A menu of optional extras is also available.

Other services available at a cost include Pay Per Click, search engine optimisation and social media.

Alan Blockley of OnTheMarket Software says: “An agent’s website is literally their window on the world and TecWeb provides a SAAS approach that means as the platform is constantly being developed, free upgrades are automatically provided to ensure that an agent is always at the cutting edge and keeping ahead of competitors.”
