Lettings agency Hamptons, now part of Connells, has hired a former Strictly Come Dancing and Countryfile star to front a property podcast.
Anita Rani will host a series of five podcasts called There’s No Place Like Home.
Hamptons says the podcast will “take its listeners on a journey” and the episodes will also include high profile property presenter Amanda Lamb.
The first episode – called Buying, Selling, Letting, Renting: Property 101 – will cover tangible ways to move forward in the current property market and highlight everything you need to know to make an informed decision on your property goals for 2023.
The second episode, A Breath of Fresh Air, will focus on the benefits of outdoor living – from design ideas and ways to make the most of your space for entertaining and unwinding to the important mental health benefits of plants and time spent outside.
Episode three, A World Of Your Own: Optimising Your Interiors, will feature Hamptons head of corporate and relocations, Canan Wood, who will all offer listeners their top tips for transforming their home into a personal paradise at a more affordable cost, whether you own or rent.
The fourth episode, Fix Up, Look Sharp, will be a guide to home-renovation and the final episode – called No Taste Like Home: The Art of Home Cooking – will look intoome-cooking with Great British Bake Off finalist and cookbook author, Crystelle Pereira.
Lesley Cairns, managing director at Hamptons, says: “We have created a series of podcasts that offers home movers the opportunity to have all their questions answered by Hamptons’ home experts and other big names in the industry. Each episode explores a different element, from interior design, and garden tips to home cooking and so much more!
“We are thrilled to be working with Anita Rani and a wide variety of house-hold names to provide our listeners and viewers access to all the information they need in a fun and entertaining way.”
