Regional Property Awards - the search is on

The legendary Oxfordshire-based lettings agency Finders Keepers has won gold at the local British Property Lettings Award and silver in the regional award category.

The agency’s success was judged via mystery shopping and performance against some 25 customer service-based criteria assessed over several weeks.

Senior office manager Stacey Mole says: “Landlords have such a choice of agents when it comes to letting – from letting specialists to estate agents who do letting on the side or online agents. Decisions are often made based purely on the valuation price or the fee, however, those two measures don’t tell you much about the service you will receive from the people looking after your asset. We are proud of our hands- on approach to letting and managing properties, and I’m so pleased that the team’s care and attention came through when they were being mystery shopped.”

Finders Keepers has been operating for over 50 years and has generated inert and accolades well beyond its patch of eight offices throughout Oxfordshire.

It launched in 1972 as an acquisition and investment service and it says it redefined the concept of a 360° ‘full-service’ letting agency  offering letting, sales and property management; a dedicated shared letting and HMO office; property investment & acquisition; building, renovation and project management; and furnishing, interior design and house doctor.
