Veteran UK actor Rupert Everett, a star in Hollywood movies for over 40 years, is to voice radio adverts for Fine & Country.

Rupert Everett shot to fame in 1981 when he was cast in the play and subsequent film Another Country; his portrayal of a gay pupil at an English public school in the 1930s earned him his first BAFTA Award nomination

Now his voice is to be heard on Absolute 80s, Classic FM and LBC UK, promoting Fine & Country in a series of ads which aim to showcase the brand’s customer service and understanding of the needs of buyers and sellers.

Publicity for the ads says Everett will add sophistication and elegance to the marketing drive, reinforcing the brand’s image as the agent of choice for discerning owners.

Emilie Despois, chief marketing officer of Fine & Country, says: “We are thrilled to have Rupert Everett onboard for our advert. His incredible talent and distinctive voice will certainly make it memorable. We believe that his voice will help us to reach a wider audience and convey our message of premium customer service.”

The radio advert will run for throughout much of April across the three stations on alternating weeks.
