A full service lettings and estate agency has snapped up a respected rival, including taking over management of 150-plus rental properties.

DC Lane, based in Plymouth and operating since 2019, describes itself as a “progressive, friendly, and energetic independent” and says there is a “perfect fit” with its new acquisition – Trundlewood Property Management, a company which dates back to 1977.

“We are delighted to welcome Trundlewood Property Management into the DC Lane family” says director Helen Lane. “Their local expertise and impeccable reputation align perfectly with our values, and we are excited to offer our fresh, modern insight to their portfolio. This acquisition marks another significant milestone in our journey towards making estate agency better.”

Fellow director Dan Lane adds: “We believe that our clients deserve the very best service, and with this acquisition, we are expanding our capabilities to better serve the Plymouth community. We are confident that the combination of Trundelwood’s existing portfolio and our unique approach will create new opportunities and enhance the overall letting experience for our clients.”

The DC Lane team has over 50 years of industry knowledge and experience combined, and says that its lettings operation “secured the top spot in Plymouth within the first 18 months of operation.”
