Small franchise agency Propertynest has expanded into Guildford with a new franchisee offering lettings and sales to the town and its surrounding villages.

New franchisee Stephen Lowe says: “I am passionate about delivering quality customer service having worked in the hospitality industry for two decades. 

“I also manage several lettings properties in London and after the challenges of Covid, I decided to make the move to property full time.”

Originally from Australia, Lowe is qualified in Lettings and Property Management and Sales and Residential Property (Level 3) and has lived and worked in the UK for more than 20 years.
