Online lettings agency Hortons has launched an Investors Club search portal, aimed at property investors and developers.

The agency describes this as a “first of its kind platform” offering access to a variety of investment and development opportunities, streamlining the search process for buyers.

The Investors Club portal is accessible by invitation only; prospective members are able to submit an application for access by visiting the website.

Membership options include both free and paid subscriptions, with paid users benefiting from additional features and prioritised access to opportunities.

Daniel Cassidy, head of investments and developments at Hortons, says: “We believe our new portal is the first of its kind and will provide our investor and developer clients easy access to high-quality opportunities across the country.”

Founded in 2016, Hortons operates across parts of the East and West Midlands, Oxfordshire, and East Anglia.
