Utility management service Helpthemove has rebranded.

The refresh, which has been produced alongside creative agency partner Jam, aims – in the words of a company statement – “to better capture the essence of the business and its unique offering, reflecting Helpthemove’s character and commitment to creating agile tech solutions for property managers of all sizes.”

Since 2014, Helpthemove has been involved in utilities management.

It can automate change of tenancy notifications to councils, water companies and energy suppliers, and claims to cut admin time by more than 90 per cent.

With over 1000 clients and a housing stock of over 1m properties nationwide, the existing brand is well known to many letting agents and landlords across the UK.

The new brand identity incorporates a new logo, brand icon, lettermark, typography, colour palette, and illustrations.

Chief executive Stephen Henesy says: “Our new brand identity reflects who we are as a company – we’re quick thinkers, hugely responsive and always on the lookout for new ways of creating an optimal solution for our clients.

“Over the years, as we have evolved and grown, our core values have remained the same: we are focused, agile, and entrepreneurial, and we wanted our new brand to reflect that.”
