Two lettings experts are set to discuss what the government’s Bill means for agents at a free webinar.

Well known property lawyer David Smith, a partner at JMW, will join Will Arrowsmith, the head of sales for Fixflo, for the webinar at 11am on June 28.

Discussion topics will include whether abolishing Section 21 could lead to fairer evictions?; should new possession grounds make it easier to repossess properties where tenants are at fault?; and would a Labour government change the Bill or even go further and implement rent controls?
