South East property group Beresfords has appointed Bernadette Barcham to its Board of Directors.

A statement from the firm says the move is “a significant milestone for the company as it continues expansion and reinforces its commitment to providing exceptional services to clients across the region.”

Barcham, who is Director of Lettings, has been an integral part of Beresfords since 1995.

The statement says: “Bernie has been appointed as a main Board Director for Beresfords Lettings Ltd having played a pivotal role in the development and expansion of the lettings division. Her extensive experience and valuable contributions, driving excellence and ensuring the highest level of service to clients, make her a deserving addition to the Board.”

Barcham herself says: “From joining the original lettings office in Brentwood, it has been an incredible journey working with the company and I am proud to have seen the growth and success of the lettings division.

“I am certainly looking forward to being part of the board and continue driving our company forward.”

Nicki Treffers, currently Director of New Business and Marketing, has also been appointed to the main board of the Directors of Beresfords Residential Ltd.

Group chief executive Paul Beresford says: “We are thrilled to welcome Bernie and Nicki to our Board of Directors. Their expertise, commitment, and remarkable contribution to our company have been instrumental in our growth and success.

“We look forward to their continued guidance and strategic vision as we navigate new opportunities and expand our Group.”
