A new office in the London suburb of North Acton has been announced by the LIFE Residential agency.

The firm already has 4,800 rental units under management across the capital and an annual rent roll topping £100m.

It specialises in new build property and providing asset management in London, Birmingham, and Asia.

The new North Acton branch will house 12 full-time staff across Sales, Lettings, Business Development and Renewal teams.

North Acton is the eighth office to open in the capital with the locations covering: Head Office (Park Royal), West London, Canary Wharf, Nine Elms, South Bank, Greenwich, North & City and Royal Wharf, each located close to tube stations.

There are also offices in Birmingham, Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Founded in 2000, LIFE now also has a dedicated Build To Rent team amongst its 180 staff, who speak 32 languages between them.

The new office opening, complete with a £350,000 fit out, is part of the agency’s expansion plans with a recruitment campaign to begin later this summer.

Commercial director Josh Larn says: “Despite the challenges facing the property market in the last two years, we are seeing ever-increasing demand for our services.

“The new office, alongside a dedicated recruitment drive to commence shortly, will bolster our offering and help us support even more tenants, buyers, vendors and landlords.

“We’re proud to manage 4,800 properties and represent over 7,000 tenants across the capital.”

LIFE is the appointed letting and management agent for several developers including Galliard Homes on its current developments The Stage in Shoreditch and TCRW Soho, City & Docklands for its One West Point and Mitre Yard developments and the upcoming North Kensington Gate.
